To be able to book a room, you will have to create an account with us to maintain our exclusivity. After you have signed in you will be able to book a room through our booking process
For under 16's, parents have to create the account and make the booking. The parent has to be present upon entry, but don't have to stay for the entire duration of the booking. Our team is fully trained in health and safety, and safeguarding to facilitate not only the most entertaining experience, but a safe one.
IWe can hold your booking for up to 15 minutes after the booked time, after that we will cancel the booking without refund.
Failure to provide ID upon entry will result in the cancellation of your booking without refund. Our top priority is keeping our customers safe, and we uphold strict measures to provide a safe space.
In the case where you have made a booking and decide you would like to stay for longer, consult the team at the reception and they will allow you to extend your booking providing there are no other bookings and a room is available.
