Terms and Conditions

1. Account Creation

1.1. All users must create an account to book a gaming room.


1.2. Accurate and complete information must be provided during the account registration process.


1.3. The account holder is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details.

2. Age Requirements and Identification

2.1. Users under the age of 16 must have a parent or guardian create an account on their behalf.


2.2. Parents or guardians must accompany users under 16 on their first visit and provide two forms of valid ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license, utility bill).


2.3. Users aged 16 and over must present two forms of valid ID on their first visit to verify their identity.


2.4. Failure to present the required ID upon first visit will result in a refusal of entry with no refund issued for the booking.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1. Full payment must be made at the time of booking to secure your reservation.


3.2. Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, except under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of management.


3.3. Users are advised to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced playtime without compensation.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1. Users must respect the equipment, facilities, and other patrons at all times.


4.2. Any damage caused to the equipment or facilities through misuse will result in charges for repair or replacement.


4.3. Harassment, abusive language, or any disruptive behaviour will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.

5. Health and Safety

5.1. Users are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit to participate in gaming activities.


5.2. Management is not liable for any injuries, discomfort, or health-related issues that arise during the use of the facilities.


5.3. Users must follow all instructions provided by staff to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

6. Liability

6.1. The business is not responsible for any personal items lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises.


6.2. The business is not liable for any technical issues or interruptions that occur during gaming sessions, although every effort will be made to resolve them promptly.

7. Changes and Cancellations

7.1. Management reserves the right to cancel bookings in cases of emergencies, technical failures, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a refund or reschedule will be offered.

7.2. Management may update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.

8. Privacy and Data Use

8.1. User information will be stored securely and used solely for booking management and communication purposes.


8.2. The business will not share user information with third parties without prior consent, except as required
by law.

9. Termination of Service

9.1. Management reserves the right to terminate bookings or refuse service to individuals who violate these terms and conditions.

 By creating an account and booking a room, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to any of these terms may result in penalties, including loss of access to the facilities without a refund.
